Our unique televised contest, ‘Yola Cikanlar’, broke the mundane life cycle of ‘working, earning and sending’, giving the winners money to instantly send to needy relatives in Turkey via the Western Union service. This was achieved by focusing on a series of specially created 3-5 minute programmes: a TV execution beyond spots and advertorials

Outcome

The TV show became very popular and really helped people to understand the benefit of sending money via WU. The show created the desired emotional bond, and Euro D were inundated with requests to visit cities across Europe.WU saw inbound transactions grow significantly, as more “European Turks” tried the service.
