Online communication is getting more and more important each year – and so are the diversity of projects and budgets. Conditioned by the usage of different channels, like websites, newsletters, online shops, Facebook or Twitter, evaluating the success is getting more complicated – an overview at the touch of a button does not exist. This leads to non-transparency, particularly for the management.
Here, the added value app produces relief: it provides our clients with transparency concerning the various figures of their own projects.
Current data of all projects is retrieved, analysed and visualized by clear and simple graphics. If help and advice are needed, the personal project manager can be contacted fast and easily by one tap.
The campaign is conceived for a broad target group: clients without any demographic focus. The added value app appeals to marketing employees (operative and executive) as well as to the management of a company.
The app provides an overview of the figures of all projects – they are updated daily and presented comprehensibly. As part of our customer care 2.0, it is our marketing goal to provide our clients with a unique added value. This means evaluating the success of all online campaigns at the simple touch of a button – regardless of location or time. Furthermore, we want to show our customers that we take success seriously and that we do not shun any transparency. To the opposite: we promote it!
