The Cartagena International Film Festival (FICCI for its initials in Spanish) is the oldest film festival in Latin America, The streets and the people of Cartagena are more than just witnesses to this event. With free admissions to all screenings, the city, its people and the movies become one. You could say that during the Festival they understand each other and speak a common language.

For the promotion of the 2013 festival we went to the streets and interviewed its citizens. We then went and matched the interviewed people with some of the movies.
