This website lives at the intersection of publishing and e-commerce. The concept of Daily Inspiration informs every aspect from the editorial-style design and content, to the Trending Bar and Style Edit features. With more than 80,000 women’s fashion SKUs alone, the site’s simplicity is a triumph of our design principles; Engagement, personalization, Community, Assistance and Integration.

Outcome

The site has resulted in M&S taking more than 125,000 orders a day, more than 11,000 orders per hour and handling more than 3,000,000 page views an hour. The Daily Inspiration design has inspired consumers to return more frequently than ever.
