My Oxfam builds a timeline of a person’s support with stories of how a difference has been made with their help, it demonstrates the work being done and shows the faces behind Oxfam - this central element is powered with 4 major components;

• Regular stories from the ground

• A tally of lifetime donations

• Immediate donation control

• Personal content and onboarding

Each component is specifically designed to meet changing supporter expectations and our mission to bring supporters closer to the impact of their giving.

Outcome

Through all this, My Oxfam has pioneered a new way for charities to have more meaningful relationships with their supporters.

It’s working! Since launch Oxfam has seen:

• Users are active. One-in-five visitors takes some form of action in the app.

• Of those who adjust their regular giftmore dial up, than down

• Regular gifting through the app is higher than on the web by 20%

• 4.8 Stars app rating

• And featured in national press including the Guardian, Huffington Post and many more.
