Description

The key visual for Griesser is a beer with the foam spilling over, and this theme was used for the trade fair stand and for the invitation. The invitation to Swissbau 2005, a card made out of same material as beer mats, was sent out containing a detachable beer mat that addressees could fill out and send back to register. Second level took place at the Trade Fair where visitors were treated to beer and pretzels at the stand. After, all those who had written down their address were sent a beer mug as a thank-you. It also included a reply card with which those interested could set up a personal meeting or directly order materials from Griesser.

Outcome

The outcome of this mailing was amazing. In the first stage inviting people to the trade fair, 1,300 beer mat cards were sent out. Over 100 of the recipients sent in the detachable reply card and more than 850 visited the Griesser trade fair stand at Swissbau. In the meantime, the thank-you mailing has in turn resulted in over 50 intensified contacts.
