Background

It's pretty common for iPhone owners to send their friends and family the, "people have been “Text me when you get home” message to make sure they get home safe. And, we've probably all been told to "Text me when you get there", by our parents or someone concerned about us getting home. Now, with Check In, your iPhone can do the hard work of making sure your contacts know that you made it to your destination without you having to follow up.

Introduce the new iPhone feature, "Check In". It lets you set a ‘check in’ with a contact & automatically sends a notification when they’ve made it to their destination.

Increase awareness of this new iPhone feature and communicate to a global audience that with "Check In" iPhone makes it easy to know when you and your loved ones get home safe.

Execution

As always with these spots I do with Apple it’s an exercise in keeping it as simple as possible. Tell a simple story that connects in a direct way to a feature on the iPhone and land it in a relatable, human and funny place. I always spend a lot of time on casting for these films, because these films will only be as good as the cast.
