The target was to gain new customers.We were asked to devise an involving promotion for Nintendo DSi brain teasers.
The problem: in shopping malls prior to Christmas. And as we all know, they are a madhouse of noise and confusion at this time. So, how do we get anyones attention in there?
Execution
Shopping mall visitors came into contact with Nintendo DSi brainteasers in a place they would never have expected – the customer toilets. At the same time we proved quite simply that you are able to play with the Nintendo DSi handheld almost anywhere.
Outcome
During the two-week promotional period Nintendo DSi brain teaser sales in the shopping malls increased by 21 %. Nintendo DSi handheld sales increased by over 12 %.
