Description

Priority Moments Local is the latest evolution of O2’s Priority customer loyalty proposition. Building on the success of Priority Moments (a location based service that delivers exclusive access to offers and experiences from the UK’s favourite brands, at the touch of a button) O2 asked us how to make the service more rewarding for all their customers – including SME business customers. Priority Moments Local extends the service to include offers from independent businesses across the UK. It gives small businesses powerful mobile marketing tools – letting them create, manage and measure offers for the Priority Moments app and putting them in front of O2 customers in their area. And it gives O2’s customers great local offers, more variety and more reasons to shop local.

Execution

The whole service was configured to meet small businesses needs, and dispel their fears. It delivers a risk-free entry point into mobile marketing. O2 has also find a way to position itself as more than a telephone provider; O2 is now a business partner to local shops and services. Priority Moments Local also presents a better way to connect customers to exciting, unique deals in their area, making O2 a valuable contributor to local business.

Outcome

Priority Moments Local generated thousands of new business leads for O2 and had a positive impact on their brand. O2 is now a partner to local businesses – helping them transform the way they do business – and a contributor to boosting the UK economy.

In advance of the launch, O2 invited over 250 small businesses to trial the new service.. Participants saw an increase in customer footfall, enabling them to build and foster new customer relationships.
