Win2day.at is the new gaming platform of the Austrian Lotteries and Casinos Austria, which was launched on 19 February 2003. Targeting customers between 18 and 49 years old, the main objectives were to optimise performance and integrate the broad product range of both companies into one coherent website. To this end, the umbrella brand “win2day.at” was created.
The different products were categorised into three sections: Lottery Games, Gamesroom and Casino Games. They are easily recognisable by their appropriate colour schemes. A total of 16 games can be played online. As a so-called points customer, it is possible to try out games without having to spend money.Community features were integrated to give the user an idea of how much is going on while he or she is online. The number of users is always visible, as is a live ticker showing the amounts other players are currently winning.The web site launch was accompanied by nation wide outdoor advertising and an internet marketing campaign (banners, pop-ups and interstitials).
