Atrapalo had a gift voucher program with some challenges ahead: it was a digital voucher, a PDF file with little appeal as a gift.In order to stimulate sales on Christmas season, the idea suggested to add value in order to make it become a more desirable gift.An augmented reality app for mobile devices was developed, hiding a surprise in each gift voucher through a special code.When the gift voucher was delivered, the user could open a box, discover a surprise inside, play and customise it.
