The campaign’s concept is to communicate the message: a “high” life in a condominium is enjoyable and creative.
To make users wish to live in an ORIX building, our advertisement showed the interior views of the building as if seen from inside. To symbolise a happy and peaceful lifestyle in a condominium, trees are used in the company’s logo.
The websites simulates an exciting experience from childhood of looking out of an elevator. The character walks out of the banner before getting into the elevator. This catches users’ attention and urges them to put the pointer on the character.
