OVERVIEW

Description

Research shows that indoor air can get up to 10x worse than outdoor air. This is because indoor air pollutants are contained and it enables them to build up over time.

However, Malaysians are unfazed by the fact because they can’t see the dangers of indoor air pollutants. Yet, they are ingesting it every day just by breathing. So, to bring visibility to the problem, the film draws parallels between the air intake and food intake, turning invisible air into visible “Airdibles.”

The films are made to mirror recipe videos, where indoor air pollutants such as dust, hair, dead skin cells, etc are used as main ingredients to form favourite Malaysian cuisines. The film ends by telling the audience that the absurdity of ingesting the disgusting “foods” is actually today’s reality.
