MPG/Euro RSCG worked on developing the concept of the event as well as identifying and selecting event partners including specialist LAN (technical support), PR and media partners, and an event host (Chris Barrie – Red Dwarf).Throughout the development process the agency took on a lead role coordinating partners to ensure the event was ready for the day. The team organised pre-event promotion through media/PR partners and worked with LAN/AV companies to develop the 'show' for the IMAX theatre on the tournament day. On the day the agency provided a link between all the teams working on the event.
