Next to a popular dog park, we created a transit ad that dispensed poop bags and advertised Pedigree Chicken & Rice Dry Food. People walking their dogs grabbed bags and put them to use. At the moment of truth – as their dog went poop - we got people to consider if their dog was a healthy pooper.
Outcome
Our poop bag execution was a huge success. In just three weeks, it dispensed over 3,000 bags. Through worldwide media coverage our ad generated over 5 million unique impressions. Most importantly, it sparked international discussion about doggie digestion, a topic not usually top of mind – even among dog owners.
There’s even demand by consumers to bring this execution to the United States, and client wants to implement more of these special executions near parks in Toronto.
