The film shows 4 men performing sports in an artistic way. They are always moving in a unique performance, in sports that have all kinds of pavement: asphalt for the runners, grass fot the soccer, dirt for the jumpers, water for the swimmers.

All the cenas were made with a choreography group, there is no cutting and positioning in the editing. No tricky effects.
