Description

Dead Man’s Tale was a unique online interactive adventure that played out on Microsoft Windows Live Messenger and featured story experiences based on Disney’s "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” in advance of the film’s worldwide launch in July 2006. More than 4 million unique people participated in Dead Man’s Tale, with players spending an average of more than 30 minutes within the experience. In addition, the interactive experience drove nearly 200,000 wholly new customer downloads of the Windows Live Messenger platform.
