Description
The communication is made with a view to be physical scalable. By communicating via animation and display, the content can be varied equally between airports, to form a unified expression and content across airports.
Animation style and technique actively play on light, which is reflected in space. The animation has 4 themes that reflect different seasons that will show different activities in Norway.
"Come follow our path" is the direct message to show Norway from a Macro-micro-perspective: from satellite imagery, to closely up on people.
"Honest, pure, raw.” is the subtitle that refers to
the people, the culture, our raw materials, the relationship between human and nature.
Execution
The installation is build in 5 major airports in Norway.
Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromso, and Trondheim within scalability and adaption to local budgets.
Outcome
Nearly 20 million viewers has experienced the installation and 4 more airports are planned to implement the installation. This gives great value for the brand Visit Norway and Avinor. The project has given impact to the partnership between Visit Norway and Avinor and have resulted in new feature collaborations.
