A pantomime wearing a branded 'Happy Copy Shop'-T-shirt 'copied' gestures and facial expressions of passer-bys, hence 'participants' of the promotion. Addressing them in such a direct and humorous manner brought the Happy Copy Shop straight into their minds.
Outcome
The response was overwhelming. Almost 80% of all distributed vouchers were cashed in up to now. After the promotion the daily amount of clients almost tripled and the Happy Copy Shop documents the most successful weeks of the year.
