Description
The client was ourselves. What we wanted to achieve was an engaging holiday greeting for friends and clients. More specifically, something that would express a point of view on the holiday season, be easily "spreadable" to friends, family and colleagues and also generate charitable contributions.
Execution
The design of the card needed to evoke a holiday spirit, but also be bold and confident, as we felt we had an important message to share. The goal was clean, strong type with an emphasis on simplicity. On the website, we wanted to keep the look simple, but also allow for a sense of expansion and enthusiasm as more and more people engaged with the site. It needed to be, in a sense, a living breathing reflection of people's participation.
Outcome
We reached our goal and raised $10,000 for Variety, a Children's Charity.
