Description

Due to winning new budgets our Agency was looking for best creatives.

But if they’re really the best, it’s most likely they’re already taken (and work for other Agencies).

That’s why we needed to reach them directly and convince them to send their application.

Execution

As our target group were Creatives we needed to reach them in an entertaining and luring way. We came up with the idea of sending them adorable pinata (sweet horses) filled with candies wrapped in a job offer.

We had designed pinata inspired by Trojan Horses and candies' wrapping that encouraged to take an action in the witty way. All in red as this is our brand colour. We had them hand made, and delivered straight to the creative departments of Warsaw's top agencies.

To tease, sweeten and lure.

Outcome

As a response to our mailing we have received 43 applications (not only to the Creative Department), we arranged meetings with 22 people and 9 of them joined our team.

It was the most cost effective recruitment process in the agency's history. Total costs of the campaign was less then 10% of the fee of the professional headhunters services. Impact on the company image - priceless.
