Execution

Insurance sponsorship is not naturally linked to success in football, so if we wanted to show commitment, implication, and relatedness with the team, we had to find a way to help the team further than monetary support. We found it on creating a very Special Honey able to 'insure' the ‘very vocal’ support of their fans by 'insuring'their throats, in a specially tough winter. It also happened to be a perfect 'hook' to make people came into the branches of the company and signed up for new insurance policies.

We took advantage of our rights as official sponsor and of the affinity that media and people have with the team, to empower the campaign and boost results, using the Team´s facilities and media, and the player's endorsment, to back up and spread the idea.

The value is that we've given fans a reason why to believe in our commitment with the team and a reason why to go into the branches, just by creating a simple but priceless product, a proprietary honey.

Outcome

- 800.000 social media impressions.

- 3.491.000 people reached through earned media.

- 80.000 investment / 4.3 millions Spaniards reached.

- 20% RFQ increased at Reale Branches.

- 20% new business enquires
