We helped Record Store Day to promote the independent record stores of London’s Soho by creating a series of posters that the other independent shops and cafes in Soho could use to support them ahead of the big day.
Each poster in the series features an iconic popular business from London’s Soho, but with a hidden ‘vinyl twist’. A pizza slicer, cup of coffee, bowl of noodles, breast, pool table, sweet and button were all turned into attention grabbing ‘vinyls’.
The independent shops and restaurants of Soho selected the poster most relevant to their business, wrote their name on it to show that they support Record Store Day, and put it up to to tell all their customers where the independent record stores in the area were.
