Description
Our idea was to solve the bitterness of traffic jams on the way to the festival.
So we we came up with a new way to get there: The Redd’s Train.
An abandoned means of transportation that we brought back in order to get people to the festival in just 25 minutes, instead of the 3 hours and 40 minutes that took people on car to get there.
Execution
The Redd´s Train operated during the 3 days of the festival.
People had to purchase 3 bottles of Redd´s beer and they would get a one way ticket to ride in the train.

Outcome
We transported a total of 3.600 people in the 3 days of the festival and had a 100% occupancy.
We transported people to the festival in just 25 minutes, instead of the 3 hours and 40 minutes that took people on car to get there. Making the festival a less bitter experience.
