Description

The publication has been offering journalistic formats in order to give clients a better understanding, by using facts and numbers, with the aim of client satisfaction. The topic of low interest rates is being addressed through personal interest stories, which show that clients expect high return rates even in difficult times - and they also receive these if they are ready for new ways. According to the expert in the field of pension planning, Axel Boersch states that innovative financial assets will play a large role in private pension plans.

Execution

The result is strictly from the customers point of view. Each Chapter was built with journalistic articles like a magazine. The last chapter is designed like a yearly business report with facts and figures of the year 2013. Infographics makes it easy for to find out what is the most important statement and give quickly overviews of the changes from last year. The form of address is cognitive and intuitive, emotional & rational & succeeds through the use of all journalistic genres, combined with appealing design. The photographic concept communicates transparency: real people and customers, photographed in an absorbing report-style.
