For the first time the music box does not make you doze off, but rather, awakens the emotions of the night riders.

Because when darkness falls and everyone goes to sleep, the only riders that tame the streets are the MT ones.

The anime was half hand drawn and half build in CGI. This technique was chosen to define a contrast between what is a real life element and the fantasy ones. CGI was also used to make the motorbike scenes more adrenalinic and dynamic.
