Within an integrated campaign, an acquisition mailing was sent to warm leads. In order to get the full attention of the target group we developed a 2-step mailing. Because the purchase of an apartment is a high involving decision, it was important to dramatise the uniqueness of the project. The aim of the first mailing was to get high quality leads with a creative and unique response mechanism. The aim of the second mailing was to get in touch personally or/and invite the interested parties to visit the apartments on-site.
