We see former Formula One World Champion Mika Häkkinen and former Formula One driver Mika Salo pulling young drivers over on a street in Helsinki. Both Mika's are world famous and thereby very well known in their home country. When they pull over a person who is driving without a seat belt, they, by using very strong language, order them to buckle up in order to continue driving.
