We started with the product idea itself, in this case the package, and made it so good it travelled by itself; PR in every conceivable kind of media, buzz online as well as word-of-mouth in real life, the actual fun experience of creating the box on the web site, we demonstrated people’s boxes in banner ads, we got famous people to create their own boxes and blog about it and so on.
Outcome
The box-on-box is customized for the Santa Helena measurements, which drives sales. Increased brand awareness and brand preference generates even more sales.
