Outcome

The mailing was commissioned by the savings bank headquarters and provided to the branches. A typical middle size branch was monitored: the one in the city of Bremen. The results: 12% (96 clients) of the 800 savings bank customers to whom we have written have made an appointment for a consultation. 68 investment contracts more were concluded compared to the same period the previous year.
