Over 1 billion people worldwide have no access to a toilet and are forced to go in the open. Domestos, the toilet hygiene brand, wanted to raise awareness of the problem of open defecation and the fact they have been working with UNICEF and the Unilever Foundation to help eliminate open defecation in the third world.
