Demonstrate to new and existing clients how the agency promotes fresh thinking and a highly collaborative way of working.
Execution
We asked everyone in the building to sketch, write, illustrate how they like to work. We fed those ideas to our Harry Malt, our illustrator. Harry had spend a lot of time watching us work, socialise and party. We then worked together to create an visual language that redefines who we are, how we think, and our passion for creativity.
Outcome
The tone and mood of client meetings and pitch presentations have suddenly changed. The drawing re-frame expectations. This, in no small part, gave us the confidence to go out and win more new business than anyone else in the UK last year.
