With the help of Digital Impact's technology, Sephora was able to take a bland, text-based email and turn it into a compelling visual representation of the Sephora brand. Sophisticated personalisation touches went much beyond inserting the correct name in the salutation and included different graphical images and dynamic content based on the customer-profile of each recipient. With Digital Impact's "Message Effect" engine, Sephora was able to achieve an engaging and innovative messaging campaign that effectively established their brand from the beginning through the whole lifecycle with the consumer-something that was not possible before.
