Description
Most people take for granted that the IT infrastructure at Wimbledon achieves what it does. The only time people notice is when something goes wrong. We were given a low budget and the challenge of making the customers receiving the mail pack aware of what a great job IBM do in the background at Wimbledon. Through doing so we would demonstrate what IBM servers could do for their business. We achieved this using a simple line and intriguing demonstration of an IBM infrastructures' power.
Outcome
Exact results for this pack could not be separated from the overall results of the press, poster and interactive campaign of which it formed part. However, while IBM are unwilling to make public the full campaign results in terms of allocated ROI. They are repeating the campaign this year with an even greater emphasis on direct mail.
