Shattered was filmed entirely with the EOS 1D X camera, putting it to the test through harsh winter storms in Colorado. The 1D X allowed the crew to move quickly in the mountains with a minimum of gear and lighting equipment, shooting through temperatures that plunged below zero. Through blowing snowstorms and into the night, the 1D X held up perfectly, and the crew shot into the night using ISOs as high as 25,600.
