Since a sale only results from a decision to buy, Olayforyou.com is “choice architecture” for the overwhelmed shopper of beauty products. It organizes the context for decision making in an experience that feels as human as a conversation with an informed expert.A visitor identifies her unique skin, habits and priorities through an interactive interface. A proprietary data sorting tool is cocooned within its flash engine, capable of sorting over 43 million variables “on the fly” from the customized input to deliver a unique skin care recommendation to each visitor.Completion rates average 80%, visits average 8 minutes, bounce rate 5%.
