The clip tells a story, that makes the audience smile. The open-minded attitude of the main actor emphases the brand mission of smart: open your mind. Thanks to Robbie Williams' song "Feel", the spot obtained a very high awareness.
Outcome
Within the pre-launch phase, the spot was shown to over one million people in 26 major European cities at the concerts. The reaction was impressing: the audience obviously liked the spot. The visits at the smart website increased immediately. Many visitors were interested in the cars of the road show.
