Description

The Sony Style Shop 2 Win promotion was designed to drive sales of Sony products on the Sony Style Australia website. Any purchase within the promotional period meant an entry into the draw to win weekly prizes of Sony products. One overall winner would get a Sony Plasma TV. As part of the campaign (which included different banner executions, email and spotlights on sonystyle.com.au) we develop this viral banner that invited users to send a friend a tongue-in-cheek email message to a friend asking them to buy them a Sony product. After all they could win a plasma TV so you’re actually doing them a favour! Users selected the product they most wanted, an appropriate message then input their friend’s email. The friend would then receive an email that drove them to the Sony Style site.
