Description
Hamburguesas El Corral in their 30th anniversary decided to change its main soda supplier and this wasn’t well received by consumers, they started to show their dissatisfaction through social networks. That's why the client asked the agency to develop a campaign to make people forget that news and with 'Space Mission El Corral' campaign achieved it and only comment on the 'space' ingredient.
Execution
For Space Mission El Corral we sent a weather balloon into the stratosphere to suck an ingredient from outer space which will be the one that will do to prepare a hamburger. Through a contest on Facebook a person could be part of history for being the first person to eat a burger with a space ingredient.
Outcome
The results of the El Corral Space Mission were: U.S. $ 230,000 in free press, more than 500,000 views on YouTube, a growth of 45% in El Corral Fan Page on Facebook, and a 60% increase in Twitter followers.
