Tyra and Special K allowed women to begin a healthy lifestyle together – guiding them on a season-long journey to healthier eating and living. The brand assembled experts in diet, exercise, motivation and style – and then offered Tyra’s audience the chance to have their lives made better. Throughout the season on THE TYRA BANKS SHOW, these experts guided four women, offering tips, routines, and encouraged viewers to participate at home.
