A 30-second stop motion film shows Japanese collectables and icons converging and battling to be part of the world's largest sneaker. Onitsuka Tiger has Japan in its DNA. Our campaign, MADE OF JAPAN took good advantage of this.The film was broadcast online at OnitsukaTiger.com, leading video sites, and on PSPs in Onitusuka Tiger retail outlets.The results? Increased sales and unprecedented country buy-in. Articles in Vice, Lodown and Sneakerfreaker and coverage on most sneaker sites. And several offers from Japanese collectors to buy the sculpture featured in the film.
