Using the popular Bollywood song 'Badtameez Dil' (translation: Insolent Heart) was a strategic move. 'Badtameez Dil' is a popular Bollywood track that helps showcase the strength of the Bollywood music library on Spotify.

The choice of this song was to create a sharp juxtaposition between the fight happening in the scene and the mushy romantic lyrics of 'Badtameez Dil'. When we see the two agitated men lip-sync the lyrics while fighting it out in the middle of traffic it makes for a funny visual.

The contrast between the lyrics of the song and the situation at hand helped make the point about Spotify allowing its users to put a filter of music on life - strong enough to take on the job of making inevitable wait times in India, worth it.
