The Help line was extremely successful: up to 120 calls per day the first month, followed by a 330% increase in the 2nd month! Also take into account that the calls were not for free.The campaign brought Sprite 31.56% sales increase after only two months from its launch, in the off-season winter period, when the rest of the market was flat.
But, most importantly, the number of accidents has decreased.
