Execution

Upon pressing the search engine’s Submit button, the SX4 backs up with a bumper sticker that reads: “Bring whatever you want with the largest trunk in its category”. The trunk pops open and from inside comes the results page. All this happens within those few seconds in which the search engine processed the results.We negotiated with some of the hottest entertainment portals that preloaded their content. We bought their loaders and re-skinned them as ours. A long row of boxes were lined up, the SX4 backed up, opened its trunk and loaded the boxes while our message came out: “Load whatever you want with the largest trunk in its category”. Our loader worked exactly as the original. The loading speed depended on the user’s connection.Aside from the YellowPages activation the Loaders campaign ran on various social portals such as uepa.com, bufeo.com and flowmag.com

Outcome

Today the SX4 holds 6th place in a category of 12 vehicles. Sales have gone much better than the projections, as it beat other models in its category. This year we have had the worst crisis in car sales in the last 5 years, and still the SX4 managed to sell above the projected sales. Only promoted through the Internet.
