Description

The creative personifies dirt, dust and mud, humorously portraying them as actual male and female characters falling in love with Swiffer products. As the character’s love story unfolds, the work – which demonstrates how well Swiffer cleans versus traditional methods and and employs the popular ‘80s power ballad, “What About Love” by Heart.

In “Keyboard Guy,” Dust – a man living in a computer keyboard, spending “too many nights at the spacebar” – tells viewers that he wonders if “love will ever find me.” Just then, he spots the Swiffer 360 Duster and finds himself immediately attracted, as it’s just his type. The female voiceover explains how the Swiffer 360 picks up two times more dust than a feather duster, locking dust away.
