Background
Approximately 1.9 million employees make McDonald’s one of the fastest growing enterprises in the world. And since McDonald’s is growing fast, the constant need for new talent is high. For open roles on all career-levels and in dozens of areas from the kitchen to the management-career. Our brief was to recruit new talent for McDonald's Switzerland.Based on that thought we launched a recruitment campaign. and our approach in recruitment.
Execution
The whole Art Direction screams "Brand" while being minimalistic at the same time. Iconic products shown from their backside underlines this tension between a calm, minimalistic approach and something highly branded at the same time. The packs were shot and and the stage has been crafted digitally. Basically purely through Art Direction we turned a 100% Product & Brand Ad into a recruitiment-ad.
Outcome
Our Campaign generated 8% more hires and 44 % more website traffic on their open-roles-page.
