Our solution was to create The Forever Story - a website where people could communicate with each other by joining in the writing of a story that will hopefully go on forever.
The Forever Story gave people something fun and rewarding to be part of while also being a new way to raise money for charity; for every person who contributed to the story TalkTalk would donate £1 to TreeHouse.We asked famous writers like Nick Hornby, Robert Harris, Richard Curtis and Tom Stoppard to write sections which helped launch the idea and attract thousands of would-be-writers and PR.
