Description
On music's most important night, on music's biggest stage, for music's biggest audience, we decided not to run ads and instead to create a 4 minute film that would give Grammy viewers more of what they wanted: music. Live music. An unscripted, real performance.
We partnered with Imagine Dragons, one of the top performers from last year's show, built a stage in the shape of a Target bullsye logo in their hometown of Vegas, gathered 350 super fans, and did something that had never ever been done before. We made a live four minute commercial by streaming Imagine Dragon's live performance into our pod and put Target right between Katy Perry and Lady Gaga and back in its rightful place on the forefront of pop culture.
