Description

A guy is driving down the road and gets distracted by a beautiful girl running down from the other side. Crash! He bangs into another car at a crossing. He gets out all scared as cop cars surround him. He's extremely apologetic when the cop suddenly comes and congratulates him. That's when he realises that the car he crashed into, belonged to a fugitive the cops were chasing. One moment he's guilty and in the very next he's full of pride.The film is tied together with the campaign thought: When life can change in seconds, why pay in minutes?
