Our challenge was to create a versatile design that would work across a number of applications for the theater's marketing platforms and collateral materials.
As one of the oldest forms of art and expression, we wanted to bring the theater and all it has to offer to life with a design that exuded authenticity and creativity.
Execution
We knew that the design needed to be able to be applied across many different platforms and programs and therefore put a lot of time into working with key stakeholders to explore different design options.
Our solution is a versatile design with a solid 'A' anchor that works in a myriad of applications and platforms while also highlighting the authentic and creative flare of The Atlantic Theater Company. The bold new design and identity proudly celebrates The Atlantic Theater Company's heritage while championing an inspiring vision for the future.
Outcome
The launch of Atlantic Theater's new brand identity and visual language has been met with enthusiastic aplomb from all sides of The Atlantic Theater's amazing community. Seamlessly integrating at the launch of the 2012 summer season, The Atlantic Theater's new logo resonates with the creative courage that is at the heart of the Atlantic's great plays and dedication to simplicity, truthfulness and artistic ensemble.
